The most important information at a glance

Delivery terms: Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is usually made within 10 business days by Swiss Post to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Payment terms: The goods are shipped using the payment methods specified in the shop.

Shipping costs: These are shown separately in the shopping cart. For details, see shipping information.

Returns: Within 10 days of receipt of the goods to Mimicry Prints, Dorfstrasse 39, 6026 Rain. The customer bears the return shipping costs. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Inspection upon delivery: Customers shall inspect the goods upon receipt and report any defects in writing by email to info@mimicry-prints.ch within 7 days.​

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the Mimicry Prints online shop. Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall only apply if Mimicry Prints confirms them in writing. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

2. Information on the website
All product descriptions, illustrations, dimensions, or technical specifications are approximate values. Mimicry Prints does not guarantee availability, completeness, or error-free presentation. All offers are subject to change. Availability and delivery times are subject to change at any time.

3. Prices
All prices are quoted in CHF. Mimicry Prints is currently not subject to VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately and are borne by the customer. Errors and price changes are reserved.

4. Conclusion of contract
Offers in the online shop are non-binding. By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding purchase offer. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as Mimicry Prints confirms the order by email or ships the goods. Goods will only be shipped after full payment has been received (exception: invoice via Klarna) and if available. If an order cannot be delivered or can only be delivered in part, Mimicry Prints may withdraw from the contract. Payments already made will be refunded.

5. Payment options and retention of title
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, credit/debit cards, invoice via Klarna. Mimicry Prints may exclude individual payment methods or require prepayment at any time. Deliveries remain the property of Mimicry Prints until full payment has been received. In the event of late payment, default interest of 5% p.a. and reminder fees of up to CHF 20 per reminder may be charged.

6. Delivery, obligation to inspect, notification of defects, and returns
Delivery by mail/courier to the address specified by the customer. Benefit and risk are transferred to the customer upon shipment. Undeliverable deliveries or refused acceptance may lead to termination of the contract after written notification; costs may be charged to the customer. The customer shall inspect the goods within 7 days and report any defects in writing by email to info@mimicry-prints.ch. Returns shall be at the customer's own expense and risk.

7. Right of withdrawal
Customers have a right of withdrawal for 10 calendar days after receipt of the goods. Withdrawal by email or letter to Mimicry Prints. Return within 10 days, payment will be refunded within 30 days.

8. Warranty
Mimicry Prints delivers goods of impeccable quality. Warranty within the statutory period (usually 2 years). At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or refund free of charge. No liability for normal wear and tear, improper use, or defects caused by external influences. No guarantee for data, website, or constant availability.

9. Liability
Mimicry Prints is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, or financial loss. Liability only applies in cases of intent or gross negligence. No liability is accepted for files/models supplied by customers.

10. Data protection
Personal data will only be used for contract fulfillment and shipping processing. Data may be passed on to service providers (logistics, payment providers). For details, see the privacy policy.

11. Further provisions
Mimicry Prints reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. Swiss law applies; the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland.
