My name is Raffael Truttmann, and I am the founder of Mimicry Prints – a small, passionately run 3D printing studio in central Switzerland.

What began as a hobby quickly developed into a passion: making the fascinating world of 3D printing tangible and transforming creative ideas into real objects.

Mimicry Prints is not just about printing on plastic – it's about ideas, creativity and precision.
I want to show my customers how versatile and accessible modern 3D printing can be – whether for miniatures, spare parts, prototypes or unique decorative items.

 

My goal is:

• to make the world of 3D printing understandable and tangible,

• to offer my customers an accessible way to obtain miniatures for tabletop role-playing games, thus personalizing and enhancing the gaming experience at the table,

• To provide support in the printing of prototypes, from the first sketch to the final product.

• To print high-quality home decorations and everyday-simplifying gadgets to breathe new life into my customers' homes.

 

I print with care, precision, and passion – every project is a unique piece. Whether you already have a finished 3D file or just an idea in your head – together we'll find the path from vision to finished object.
